Privacy notice

Last updated 4 November 2026

This is the personal website of Max Peters, known online as Notmaxp, based in London. Max is responsible for this site. This notice explains, in plain English, what happens to your information when you visit.

The short version

This site sets no cookies. There are no analytics, no tracking, no ads, no forms, no embedded videos and no third-party scripts. Max does not collect, keep, sell or share visitor data.

What the site loads

Everything on the page, including the follower counts, comes from notmaxp.com itself. The links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those platforms, and once you click through, their own privacy policies apply.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the site and keep it secure, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request logs. Your browser may also send Cloudflare network error reports if a page fails to load properly. The lawful basis for this is legitimate interests in running a fast, secure website. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, and to ask for it to be corrected, erased or restricted, or to object to how it is used. Because Max does not keep visitor data himself, most requests about hosting data are best handled by Cloudflare, but Max is happy to help.

Get in touch

The easiest way to reach Max is by email at [email protected], or by direct message on Instagram.

If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
